Innovation development: Wellcome Collection

The Wellcome Collection, part of The Wellcome Trust, asked us to help them develop their thinking for a new digital and physical experience for their new Reading Room. They wanted us to develop fresh ways to bring physical and digital audiences together around their collection of objects and books.

We brought in our good friends and physical/digital experience experts Tellart to work with us on a series of creative workshops to engage with a wide range of stakeholders from across Wellcome, and their architects AOC. We used the creative output from those session and built upon them to imagine and define a number of new ways they could create a blended physical and digital experience in the Reading Room which would also work well for purely remote users.

We have since been invited back to deliver digital strategy development sessions for the wider organisation.
