I help organisations to understand and enhance their digital landscape. I specialise in learning and development, helping teams think through the implications for products, experience design and the ways they work.

What people doing the learning mean by the word and what providers of learning services mean by it.

What else do you do?

I play the guitar and am trying to understand more about how they work (also known as tinkering). Started the Digital Learning Standards Forum for Learning and Development and working on growing its reach.
