What do you do?

I help organisations think through the concepts behind digital identity, so they can build better relationships with their users. I've worked at bbc.co.uk and in science publishing, amongst other things.

What is fascinating you at the moment?

The way that many of the basic concepts we work with have inconsistent names. Our dog’s excellent frisbee skills. OpenAI.

What else do you do?

I look after two small humans and one medium-sized dog. I sometimes run a code club at our local school.
